Refund policy

At Erika J. Gibson Store, every product is created and packaged with care. I hope you love your purchase as much as I loved creating it!

Because products include books, journals, and other paper goods, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. These items can be easily worn, bent, or marked once opened and therefore cannot be resold in new condition. For this reason, all sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at info@erikajgibson.com with a photo of the issue.  Your concern will be reviewed and I will do my best to make it right with a replacement or appropriate resolution.
